Pärnu Harmonica Festival is the largest and most well-known music festival in the Nordic and Baltic countries, where the main instrument is the harmonica and, next to it, its “younger brother” accordion.
The international traditional music event takes place on a weekend in Pärnu (July 7-10, 2017) for the 16th time, offering classes of instrument-playing, the competition “Baltic- Nordic Open”, and nine different concerts in Pärnu and an additional one in Tallinn.

Võsu Jazz 2017

The mini festival titled Võsu Jazz takes place in one of the most beautiful beach resorts of Estonia, Võsu. On Friday, the concerts in important places of Võsu village as well as the opening ceremony of the festival with Marju Länik and Rakvere City Orchestra take place. On Saturday, the garden concerts in the most beautiful gardens of Võsu and the concert by the main performer, the saxophonist Pee Wee Ellis of the James Brown band (United States of America) take place. All concerts are free of charge!
Saaremaa Opera Days 2017

For the tenth summer already, Saaremaa with its enchanting nature will host the opera days in its capital. An opera house accommodating 2000 guests will be erected in the courtyard of the 13th century episcopal castle for the sake of the music lovers.
The guest of the Opera Days is Krefeld Mönchengladbach Opera Theatre from Germany, treating us to Wagner’s “Lohengrin”, Verdi’s “Masquerade Ball”, Mascagni’s “Peasant’s Honour”, Puccini’s “Gianni Schicchi”, and Carl Orff’s spectacular stage work “Carmina burana”.
The festival culminates with the world premiere of Rein Rannap’s new opera “Nurjatu saar” (“Villainous Island”).

“Awakening of the Island” is a story about isolated people, who no longer remember whether it was their purpose or not. It is a story about people looking for a way out of their island. It is a story about people, who blend into one taking a step away from themselves. It is a story about people who became free.
Tallinn Maritime Days 2017

Tallinn Maritime Days is Estonia’s largest sea and family party.
