The owner of the online store https://culture.ee/e-pood/ (hereinafter the Online Store) is the ETNOWEB MTÜ (reg. No. 80309705), legal address Harjumaa, City of Tallinn, Külma 14, 10618, Eesti.

VALIDITY OF THE SALE AGREEMENT, COMMODITY AND PRICE INFORMATION

The terms of sale apply to the purchase of goods or services from the Online Store. The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. If necessary, a fee for the delivery of the goods will be added to the price. The fee for delivery of the goods depends on the location of the buyer and the method of delivery. The delivery fee is displayed to the buyer when ordering. Information about the goods is provided in the Online Store directly next to the goods. The online store reserves the right to make changes in product prices without prior notice. If the order is submitted before the changed prices come into force, the price valid at the time of ordering and indicated on the invoice applies to the Consumer. The consumer is not entitled to claim compensation for the difference in price.

PLACING AN ORDER

To order a product or service, you must add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, fill in the required data fields and select the appropriate method of product delivery. The amount of the fee, which can be paid via a bank link or another payment solution, is then displayed on the screen. The agreement enters into force upon receipt of the amount due to the current account of the Online Store. If it is not possible to deliver the ordered goods or provide the service due to the end of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer shall be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (incl. Delivery costs) shall be refunded immediately, but not later than within 14 days.

To pay, click on the link “Submit order”, after which the Buyer will be directed to the Internet bank of his / her choice, where it is possible to pay 100% for the order. After making the payment in the Internet bank, the Buyer must click on the “Back to the merchant” button, after which the Seller will receive a confirmation from the bank that the Buyer has paid for the Goods. If the Buyer did not click the “Back to Merchant” button, the Seller shall not be liable for the order placed not reaching him or her or for any damages that may have arisen.

Once the order has been placed, after clicking the “Submit order” link, we will immediately send a confirmation / invoice to the Buyer’s e-mail address, on the basis of which you can pay. An unpaid order will be canceled after 3 days.

Delivery

The goods are sent to the following countries: Estonia. The way of sending the goods outside Estonia and the fee are agreed separately with the buyer.

Shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the buyer within 3-7 working days from the entry into force of the sales contract. Outside Estonia, the goods will be shipped within 7 calendar days.

In exceptional cases, the right to deliver the goods within up to 45 calendar days.

Right of withdrawal

After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop within 14 days.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal person.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for purposes other than those necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or have signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refundable fee according to the decrease in the value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, an application for withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted to the e-mail address tellimus@estinst.ee no later than within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is the fact that the item to be returned does not correspond to what was ordered (eg a wrong or defective item).

The buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application or provide proof that he has handed over the goods to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal application, all fees received from the buyer on the basis of the contract.

The online store may refuse to make refunds until it has received back the item that is the subject of the contract.
