Tartu Indiefest 2016

Tartu Indie Fest offers three days of quality live music, film screenings, and an all-around unmatchable alternative cultural experience. Groups from Estonia, Latvia, Norway, and the U.K. will take the stage to perform their newest material.
Music and Environment Festival MAI

As part of Southern Estonia’s 12 Months program, the MAI Music and Environment festival invites you to celebrate the shores of Ähijärv in the beautiful Karula National Park. A variety of day activities will be offered for the whole family to get outside and enjoy the lake and surrounding trails. Food and music will also be available for the less adventurous.
Erki Fashion Show 2016

Estonia’s largest fashion event of the year named after the Estonian State Art Institute (Eesti Riiklik Kunstiinstituut) has been known to draw in some of the biggest names in the fashion industry and is the ideal launching point for young talent into the Estonian fashion world. It will be held in Tallinn at the Kultuurikatel.
Kumu Documentary: “Chuck Norris vs Communism”
May 18th
This week’s free documentary screening at the Kumu Auditorium features “Chuck Norris vs Communism”, a film about the daring individuals who smuggled Western films into Romania and dubbed them in Romanian during the 1980s. The film will be shown in Romanian with English subtitles.
KorFest 2016, Choreography Festival of the Students of Tallinn University

This spring undergraduate and graduate students from Tallin University present their thesis performances as well as their collaborations with professional choreographers to the public in different venues across Tallinn.
Tallinn Flower Festival 2016

Towers Square Park (Tornide väljak) in Tallinn’s Old Town will exhibit a display of decorative gardens designed by a variety of participants for the majority of the summer months.
Kalamaja Days 2016

Kalamaja Days is a community festival which will include a market, exhibits, performances, tours, and more to draw the Tallinn neighborhood together for a couple days of fun.
Living history – from dark age to middleage

The Estonian Open Air Museum in Tallinn will host a viking camp for a couple days to offer you the opportunity to see for yourself what Estonian life was like hundreds of years ago. There will be craftsmen and warriors on site to show you how they lived, what they ate, and what they did for fun.
