River Emajõgi Festival 2018

At the center of the festival is the most important natural symbol of Tartu – Emajõgi.

The second weekend of August brings together sports and fishing competitions, a children's area with fun-loving guests and boatmen and their powerful river parade – the Emajõgi Festival is also a spectacle. In addition, several events will take place in the city centre and in the ports that focus on taking care of the river and introducing the river to the locals and to the guests, some will take place on the river, some on the banks of the river. Also, Emajõgi Festival always includes lots of good music.

This entertaining event is a great meeting place for all those who love Tartu, summer, and water!
