Night of Museums 2018 "Night of Parties" at Lavassaare Railway Museum

With the Night of Museums, the Railway Museum celebrates the European Year of Cultural Heritage. The history of the narrow-gauge railway is part of the cultural heritage, which can be seen at the museum for free.

The museum is open to everyone from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m.

It's possible to ride with museum train and draisines. The tickets are available with the preferential price of 7/5/3 euros (adults, pensioners, children from 5 years of age). It is also possible to ride to the bog with a draisine.

The museum houses a cafe and provides a video exhibition on the history of the narrow-gauge railway. The theme of the night of museums is "Night of Parties" and, therefore, a party mood is created by Pärnumaa Lõõtspillihaigete Selts. There is also a souvenir shop where you can buy the latest books on railway history.

The event is supported by Pärnu City Government.
