Exhibition "Dream Mosaic"

If dreams come alive at the exhibition...

From the 14th of October 2017, guests can explore the new exhibition "Dream Mosaic" which is opened at the museum's participation hall.

Dreams can be considered one of the mysteries of life, which has made people curious through the ages. What exactly are they and where do they come from? Are they memories of the day or future predictions? Do they have their own way, or do we have the ability to direct them and overcome their will?

As much as there are people, there are also opinions about dreams.

Certainly, there are those who feel that they will receive messages from the other side through dreams, and those who focus mainly on self-analysis, interpreting dreams as their own reflection. There are also those for whom dreams do not mean anything, and those who worship the dreams.

"Dream Mosaic" combines the dream visions of multiple artists into a single transmedia exhibition. It consists of four imaginary characters traveling on the dream landscape. The exhibition invites you to get acquainted with Carl, Liisa, Sophie and Deedrick through digital paintings, motion graphics poetry, audiovisual comics, audiovisual installation, and site-specific installations.
